Just a very classy hotel with large rooms, great beds, nice view, and a WONDERFUL lobby where we spent a relaxing time. Probably one of the nicest hotels/staff we have experienced on our 10 day trip!

The lodge is in a great location, close to the ski hill and base facilities, making it convenient to stay at. The staff is friendly and helpful, suggesting dining options and providing good service. It is also near Huntley Lodge, adding to the convenience. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean, with maid service. The outside hot tub and smores by the fire are enjoyable amenities.
The walls are thin and noise can be heard from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

My 1st impression was this is nice.
The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like someone was taking a shower that it woke me up. The sheets were nubby and made me itch. Breakfast was horrible. My 1st impressions were wrong.

The Staff tried hard in difficult circumstaces of power outages to meet the needs of the customer
I was very disatisfied with the inability to check out of the hotel when the power outages continued through the night. I am in sales and when a customer is unhappy with anything I have to offer, I make sure they are taken care of up to and including a refund on their purchase. My sales items are way more expensive then yours, up to 20k. I will never stay at your facility again.

Not much.
Outdated TV's . . . all tube-type. Suspect bed covers. Mildew on shower heads. "Warning ... Bear Danger" signs in parking lot with no direction to alternative parking slots. Really meager breakfast choices. Dirty hallway carpeting and filthy floor covers in elevator. Etc. This is no special place, just a generic Interstate-type motel in a Big Sky setting. Some attention to guests and/or accommodation details would go a long way to improving the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location was perfect, being close to the mountain and having a private shuttle made it so convenient. We loved being able to see the trails from the property, it really added to the overall experience. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
The shuttle service was a bit disappointing. It didn't run throughout the day and the timings weren't flexible, which made it difficult for us to plan our day.

The value for the money at Lodge At was great, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and close proximity to the lifts. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to answer our questions and provide recommendations.
Breakfast offerings could have been improved with hotter options.
